Depart RHV under VFR if the weather permit. The check airman will give vector to SNS. If the weather is bad, file IFR flight plan. During hold, prepare for the approach. When you are ready, make a request.

During all approach, we will be simulating IMC. Check airman will tell you when to take the hood off. When he say " Look outside", that mean you came out of cloud. If you see runway, callout " Runway insight" and land. If you reach MAP before the check airman tell you to look outside, you are still in the cloud. Commence missed approach immediately

The check airman will give radar vector for ILS if the weather permit. Otherwise request vector to Nocal. After ILS, follow the missed approach procedure and request LOC 2 WVI or GPS 31R RHV as appropriate.
